you heard that life is full of dualities? Sunshine and shadow,
light and darkness, happiness & sorrow, positive and negative,
success and failure, all go hand in hand. Two opposite ends
of a spectrum and we seem to get our fair share of it all.
The main idea is not to loose our balance but to remain
poised through the entire process. Ultimately this balance,
this poise, this equanimity gets us past all the obstacles
