1. What servers do we have and where are they located?
We have 25 dedicated servers of our own in Illinois-Chicago. We have PIII ‘s and Cobalt servers with multiple T3 bandwidth. The operating systems are LINUX and Win NT.
2. My site is not opening. What can be the reason?
  • Try opening other sites such as yahoo or altavista. If you cannot open these sites please check your settings. There is a possibility of high Internet traffic on your ISP due to which the site are not opening.
  • The site could have been shut down for maintenance and updating of servers.
  • Your payment may be overdue
3. What database does our server support?
Our servers support Perl5, MYSQL, MSSQL& MSQL and Oracle.
4. Does our server support Java Servlets, Java Server Pages & Java Beans?

Yes, our servers provide this support
