Why E-mail-on-LAN

Everyone knows that E-mail is the cheapest and most efficient method of communicating as compared to faxing, telephone calls, couriers etc. However most organizations are yet to make full use of this service which is the most popular service (killer application) of the Internet. The reason for this is simple - traditional E-mail service providers are too expensive, too slow and usually install on single computers which makes it inconvenient for other people to use the service.

To make full use of E-mail facilities, each and every person/department must have her own personal E-mail ID, the service must be simple, inexpensive and reliable. It should be fast, easy and even fun to use so that the employees find it convenient for even internal use. Further the E-mail service should work across all branches and network the entire organization effortlessly.
