You can book a new domain on line at our site http://www.pugmarks.com/freehost under the section 'Book Domain'. You will also be able to check the availbility of the domain that you want to book.

Shifting domain name to Pugmarks

You want to shift your domain to Pugmarks
You will have to send us the address of your current service provider, the server details and his NIC handle along with the Details of Administrative Contact, Billing Contact and Technical Contact.

You can do this by filling out the form on-line at http://www.pugmarks.com/freehost under 'Shift Domain' and submit it to us. Once we file for shifting, the administrative contact will recieve a mail from the registering authority regarding the same. This mail has to be replied in affirmative in order to initiate the process of shifting.

Shifting domain name from Pugmarks

You want to shift your domain from Pugmarks.

In this case we would require a written request on your company’s letter head ,from the CEO or Vice President, for shifting the Domain from Pugmarks. This is for security purposes.

I have sent a request for domain name registration online and submitted it to you. Can the Domain name be changed now?
No, once we have received the form, we do not entertain a request for change.
While booking a domain name, who shall be the administrative, billing and technical contact?
You shall be the administrative and billing contact and Pugmarks shall be the Technical Contact.
Why is there a delay in my Domain Registration?
We at Pugmarks do the server setup within 3 business days after your domain name has been booked or modified, but the Registering body can take time. In case you have paid through credit card, it is possible that your credit card payment has been denied or is still under processing.
Your domain name has not been registered.
  • This could be incase you have not remitted the requisite payment for registration.
  • If the payment has been sent to us and still your domain is not registered, please go to support form and fill out your details.
You have already booked a Domain Name with us and now you want to book a sub-domain. What are the charges payable?
For a sub domain you do not have to pay domain charges or book it ,you just have to pay the server set-up charges for sub-domain i.e. RS. 1000/- one time per sub domain
You want Two domains to pointing to one web space. Can this be done ?
Yes, you can have two domains pointing to one web site. You will have to first book two domains or shift them on our server and we can provide you with this facility.
