Ingredients

Milk 2 cups.

Rice 2 tbsp.

Sugar 3 tbsp.

Almonds, sliced 25 gms.

Pistachios, sliced 25 gms.

Cardamom seeds, ground 1 tsp.

Kewda essence or saffron 1/2 tsp.

Varak - thin silver foil.

method

Make paste by grinding rice soaked for about three to four hours. Boil milk and add sugar, cardamom till mixture thickens. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, refrigerate in small bowls and before serving decorate with varak.
