Ingredients

30 ml rum

30 ml brandy

1 egg

Hot milk

15 ml fresh cream

Glass: Wine

Garnish: Pinch of cinnamon

method
  1. Pour all the ingredients in the shaker and blend vigorously.

  2. Add hot mild and stir.

  3. Pour in the Wine glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon..
    Serve.
