Terms & Conditions

The Domain Name shall be filed with the InterNIC within 2 hours of the receipt of the full payment.

The domain shall be setup/configured & made active on the World Wide Web within 24 hours of filing with InterNIC.

The Domain Name preferred is subject to the availability of the name with InterNIC.

In case of non availability of the Domain Name, the client has to give us some more options.

Pugmarks reserves the right to discontinue the service of the web server in case of non-receipt of timely payments in spite of reasonable reminders.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The third party fee like InterNIC fee, Name Server fee etc. will be charged as actual at its prevailing rates when the same are due.

Pugmarks is not-liable in any manner whatsoever for the quality, nature or content hosted on the server by the "owner" of that domain. Our involvement is limited to providing the services of web server setup, hosting and related technical services.

Pugmarks is not liable for any disruption of services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control like storm-hurricane, satellite downtime, Internet link, strike, lockout computer breakdown etc. The duration of downtime shall be made good by extending the terms of our service contract by the time in question.

A Credit line saying- "Server setup & hosted by Pugmarks" shall always appear on the main home page of the Domain which shall be made reasonably viewable. The 'Pugmarks' word shall be linked to the home page of Pugmarks.
