1. All payments have to be drawn in favour of M/s Pugmarks InterWeb Private Ltd., payable at Chandigarh or at Mumbai. Pugmarks shall not be responsible for payments drawn in any other name or location.

2. Payments are accepted only in the form of crossed Demand Drafts , Cheques or through Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card ).

3. Charges for all services are payable prior to the beginning of each service period. Failure to pay in no way relieves the Clients obligations to make full payment.

4. Pugmarks retains full rights to charge for or alter specifications or discontinue any of the services/ features offered under this scheme at any time, without any prior notice.

5. It shall be our endeavor to set-up the server with in 3 working days of the receipt of completed form along with the payment (realization). If however, there is a delay for any unforeseen circumstances, the clients are requested to kindly bear with us.

7. Free Hosting offer is for a period of One year only. Fee Applicable for next year will be informed to you in advance at the e-mail id provided by you in server order form.

8. Support for Customers shall be provided either on the comprehensively developed ‘Technical Support’ section on the site www.pugmarks.com/freehost or be email at - freehost@pugmarks.com. No phone calls will be entertained.

Content & Usage Policy:

1. Pugmarks shall not permit hosting of any ‘Sexually Explicit Adult Content", Illegal or Licensed content/software on its servers. The owners of respective sites shall be responsible for the legality of site content. Ownership and responsibility of web site contents resides only with the client. Pugmarks is in no way liable for consequences arising from the web site contents. Hosting of such illegal contents warrants immediate deactivation of the site without notice or refund.

2. Sending bulk/spam email from our server(s) is a ground for immediate removal. Likewise for mass/spam news postings.

3. Pugmarks reserves the right to remove any accounts advertising or distributing software or services that may contribute to news or e-mail spamming.

4. At Pugmarks discretion, access to Pugmarks server account may be revoked at any time for abusive conduct on the system and/or the Internet and its resources as a whole.

Limited Liability:

1. For clients signing up under free hosting program, Pugmarks will not be liable for anything whatsoever.

2. Pugmarks reserves the right to discontinue the hosting of any site without assigning any reason.

3. Domain name owner shall be liable to follow the rules and regulation as established by Domain Name Registrar.

4. Domain Names are registered on ‘first come first serve basis’ by the Domain Name Registrars. If you have requested for a domain name to be booked and someone else registers the same domain name by the time your payment is realised at our end, then Pugmarks is not liable for the loss of Domain Name in any way whatsoever.

5. The users are advised to keep a copy of the contents of the sites as backup. Pugmarks shall not restore their site contents under any circumstances. Pugmarks is also not liable for any loss of service or data on account of any kind of faults or system crash.

6. Pugmarks shall mail the server login name and password by post to you. If you choose to apply online on our web site www.pugmarks.com/freehost, then you will get these details on the site itself. You are requested to kindly keep the same, safe and secure. Pugmarks is in no way liable for any unauthorised access on your server on account of someone using your login passwords.

7. Customer understands that Internet and other various networking communication medium are not secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subjected to interception or loss. Pugmarks makes no warranties of any kind, either express, implied or statutory concerning the data or information available through the Pugmarks network. In no event will Pugmarks be liable to the customer for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the services or any products provided under this agreement, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. No liability for paying renewal fee or informing client regarding due date for the same.
