  can be made to move clockwise as well as anti-clockwise- simply by changing the
  position of weight/weights and closed-in hollow object/objects in respective
  machines.
• Gravity machines may be made of the following sizes:-
  

• Power generating capacity may depend upon the weight/weights and the speed of the machine. 4 tonne (4000 kg) weight moving at a s peed of about 60 kmph in a radius of about 10 feet, may easily generate more than 1 MW power.
  If some practical difficulty arises- the number of machines may be increased for 1 MW power generation as already mentioned above and also for other approximate capacities.
• Buoyancy machines and Gravity-cum-buoyancy machines may be made of comparatively more radius than the Gravity machines to get the same power of machines. Independent circular water reserviors to have necessary width and depth of water can also be constructed for these machines. With the movement of the machine, the water of such reservoir will also start moving at considerable speed and thus the resistance to closed-in hollow object/objects will be reduced and the speed of the machine will
  be increased.
• All the above three machines may be used for power generation for use through National Power Grid,for captive power generation, for setting up of independent power stations, especially in remote areas/villages where Electricity has not been supplied so far-with necessary approval of the Government.
• Inventing something new unexpectedly is a good thing. But inventing Perpetual Motion and Free Energy Machines for power generation in a big way and for other useful purposes for which efforts have been made by inventors/ researchers during their lifetime for the last so many centuries- is a different story. I had read an article in a magazine - January 1975 issue of Invention Intelligence - regarding Perpetual Motion Machine and since then started research work in this field at my own expenses. After a long research, I have succeeded in inventing Perpetual Motion and Free Energy Machines as

COMMERCIALISATION OF THESE THREE INVENTIONS -REGARDING

ESTIMATED ANNUAL TURNOVER

Sale price of these machines may be fixed keeping in view various factors such as, Price of material; Labour charges; Provision of strong safety guard; price of Diesel saved from consumption in equal capacity Deisel Engine; Electricity supply position; Margin of profit; etc. Installation charges may be extra.
In India the price of these machines of all types and sizes may be fixed at about Rs.40000 per HP. So the price of 5 HP machine may be fixed at Rs. 2,00,000.
(Diesel worth Rs.2,00,000 may be consumed in 5 HP Diesel Engine working for 24 hours a day, in about 2 years)
Accordingly, if the proposed capacity of the project of manufacturing these machines of all types and sizes combined is of 1 Lac HP (1,00,000 HP) in a year - the annual turnover may be considered Rs. 400 Crore .
In India, sale price of generated power(in units) with these machines may be fixed at about 80 % of the average prevailing price of generated power (in units) of all other old as well as new power generation projects of different sources of energy. However if the average prevailing cost of setting up new power generation projects of other sources of energy is Rs. 5 Crore per MW - the cost of setting up of power generation projects with these machines - prime movers- may be about Rs. 2.5 Crore per MW and the same may be recovered in one year or so.
Accordingly if the proposed capacity of project of power generation with these machines is 100 MW - the annual turnover may be considered Rs. 250 Crore.
In other countries, the prices of these machines, the price of generated power (in units) may be fixed keeping in view the factors prevailing in respective countries and the estimated annual turnover in both the cases may also be worked out accordingly.

The capacity of project/ projects relating to these inventions has considerably been kept small so that the Investors concerned may be able to set-up small projects in the beginning and then expand their business and set up bigger projects as mentioned above.

So far, as delay in the commercialization of these inventions is concerned, I understand that no Public Sector Undertaking, Private Sector Undertaking or other Investors may be willing to invest huge amount of money in the projects relating to these inventions without seeing their demonstration/performance. But my problem is that if the design/demonstration of these inventions is given before making agreements or signing MOUs with some concerned establishments and other Investors, I may lose these inventions or may not get the necessary benefits.

Moreover,for such big inventions -BIGGEST EVER INVENTIONS FROM UTILITY POINT OF VIEW OF THE WORLD - I, naturally want due recognition, name and fame and financial gains.
The investors-globally- may pay only 2% of the expected Investment on the project/projects and/or 2% of the expected Annual Turnover of the project/projects relating to these inventions in advance and remaining amount in due course of time,as already mentioned. This 2% advance seem to be nominal advance for such big business deals. From my side, it will be very fair business and I expect the same from investors' side as well. Public Sector Undertakings, Private Sector Undertakings and other Investors may invest without hesitation, as much money as they want in projects relating to these inventions for about 100% return every year on one time investment. Power Generation Projects may be set up at about 50% cost of the average prevailing cost. No input required. Maintainence charges negligible.

In case, UNO, Government of India, Government of Punjab are willing to set up projects relating to these inventions and agree to pay 7% Royalty for the same to me for 20 years only, the demonstration of these inventions may soon be given at some suitable place at their expenses and necessary knowhow may also be provided.

I have invented TWO BIGGEST EVER INVENTIONS FROM UTILITY POINT OF VIEW OF THE WORLD- first MANN GRAVITY MACHINE(M.G.M.) and second MANN BUOYANCY MACHINE(M.B.M.) on 29/10/1997 - more than 6years ago-for limitless and fuelless power generation and other useful purposes; and third invention MANN GRAVITY CUM BUOYANCY MACHINE was invented on 03/05/2001- for the purposes mentioned above.

I have offered these inventions to UNO; Government of India; Government of Punjab and to Governments of other member countries of UNO (having good relations with India) and other investors -globally on 7% Royalty basis for 20 years only. Now I offer these inventions to the above on 5% Royalty basis for 20years only. All other terms and conditions will remain same. The terms and conditions for setting up of projects relating to these inventions on partnership basis will also remain the same.

If the Government of India takes up these inventions on 5% Royalty basis for setting up projects, relating to these machines, that is projects of production of these machines for own use and sale and for setting up of projects of power generation for own use and sale - the aim of India becoming one of the top four or five economically sound countries in the world can be achieved much earlier than expected.

I am a graduate inventor of 64 years of age(D.O.B.-01/10/1939) having good qualifications, and vast experience of Mechanical Engineering line. With the grace of God, I am having broad vision and inventive brain. My wife is 59 years old, graduate and religious minded lady. We have five daughters and one son. All our five daughters are M.A. English (post graduates)-a rare achievement of five sisters rather a record of its own kind. Three of them are married and well settled in England (U.K.) and two are working as Lecturers in Communication Skills(English) in Engineering Colleges in Punjab. Our son is studying Electronic Engineering Technology in Canada.

I am the author of the book-WONDER PLAN-BIGGEST EVER PLAN(1991-2000) to shape the future of the world and make it a NICE WORLD,PEACEFUL WORLD,PROSPEROUS WORLD, DEVELOPED WORLD. Copies of this book (of 138 pages) were sent to UNO; Government of India; Governments of several other member countries of the UNO. Several suggestions given in the book had already been implemented by the concerned during the above decade. Several resolutions have already been passed for the welfare of humanity as per suggestions given in this book. A lot more needs to be done to achieve the above goals.

I submitted 90 methods with sketches and necessary details for quick extinguishing of oil-well heads fires to Government of Kuwait with copies to UNO; Government of India and others concerned- mentioning that 2% of the value of oil saved from burning with the use of necessary methods- maybe paid by Government of Kuwait to me. Fires of about 100 oil-wells could be controlled in about first three months. My methods helped in controlling the fires of remaining about 550 oil-wells within next four months and thus reconstruction work in Kuwait started much earlier than expected. I have submitted a claim of 20 million US dollars to Government of Kuwait with a copy to UNO. I submitted the claim to UN Compensation Commission-Geneva, through Government of India, as informed by the above commission in reply to my above letter. My claim is still pending with UNO Compensation Commission-Geneva / Government of Kuwait.

So far as the complicated oil-well head fire at Persalapudi-19, Rajamundhury, Anthra Pradesh (India) in 1995 is concerned- a foreign based fire-fighting company tried to control the fire for about one and a half month but in vain. My new method of tightening (airtight) a split cover on the oil-well head worked well and the fire was controlled. I had received a letter of thanks from Regional Director, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation,India-Madras.

Now after a long research, I have found the most successful method to extinguish the oil-well head fire very quickly- within few minutes. I want its outright sale to some individual/company at reasonable price. Offers are invited for consideration.

Keeping my age factor in view I want to give neccessary know how to the concerned regarding perpetual motion machines as early as possible.If I get the above claim of 20 million US Dollars or if my new method of quick extenguises of oil well heads fires fetches good price - there may be no problem for me to commercialize my above inventions.That is perpetual motion machines.

I had invented and designed some inventions upto mid-seventies such as :-
1) SLOPEY:-                    To travel a long distance simply by holding it in hanging position and then pulling it
                                          back, for recreation and exercise purposes.
2) RACER:-                      A self driven spot running machine with fly-wheel.
3)CHAINLESS CYCLE:- A high speed cycle without chain.
4)HYDRAULIC CYCLE:- A high speed cycle requiring lesser body movement.
5)SPLIT BOAT:-              To move/walk on water surface.
6)CIRCULAR BOAT:-     To move/run on water surface.

NEW ENERGY ERA

My offer of setting up projects relating to above inventions on partnership basis and on 7 percent/ 5 percent Royalty basis have already been withdrawn and the new offer is only to setup projects relating to these inventions on lump sum payment of prescribed amount of money in advance and 3% Royalty for 20 years only. The concerned investor will be the owner of the project. Power generated may be sold through National Grid or direct to the concerned consumers. The income of power generation project in one week may be more than the lump sum amount of money to be paid to me in advance as pr M.O.U. and in addition to that 3 percent Royalty may be paid to me for 20 years only. Investors may earn nearly 100 percent profit on one time investment - year after year.

I had received an e-mail from Michal DUBOIS of MEDIS-BELGIUM md@medisgroup.com on the subject Electricity Production on 9.9.2004. With reference to my website he wanted such information from me as has been given in my webpage added to my website on 29.9.2004 especially regarding capacity of power production systems and available sellable energy. Though no further response has been received from him.

My above inventions are as per established Scientific Laws. It is only the application of these Laws and new Mechanisms in such ways as I have been able to invent these Biggest Ever Inventions from utility point of view.

The speed of main shaft of a prime mover can be increased many times the speed of prime mover through compound change gears or stepped pulleys etc. as per need.

Knowing it very well that no body will be ready to invest in the projects relating to these inventions without seeing the demonstration - I may make some arrangements to demonstrate these prime movers one way or the other as soon as possible.

I have given enough details regarding my above inventions in my website except two-important points. No body may be able to make these prime movers until I tell these points. But in case an open demonstration is given every body will know about these two points as well.  Some individuals or groups of individuals may claim to be the inventor of these inventions. So I want to give demonstration of MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVERS first-at the top say at New York   or at London and that too under supervision of some government officials of respective country as well as some officials of U.N.O. who may certify me to be the inventor of MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVER. 

New York is a city of inventions especially inventions relating to energy. England is a country of inventions. So I want to give demonstration of   MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVER at New York or at London and sell there through open auction all the rights relating to commercialization of this invention except 3 percent royalty to be paid to me for 20 years only and setting up of my own projects of power generation and sale and production of prime movers and sale - to some big company /investor - if some other company / investor agrees to sponsor the same.

The modalities regarding sponsorship can be worked out separately. Fifteen percent of auction money / sale price can be given to the sponsoring company / investor.

Power may be supplied @ Rs. 3/- per unit - at source - directly / through National Grid - with annual increase in price as per increase in price of steel etc.

Different States / U.T. in India, Big Industries, Big Agricultural Farms, villages in remote areas and others concerned may send their demand in lacs / thousands of units required per day.

Price of units required in one month may be sent in advance.

3.                  Power Generation Project 1 M/W to 10 M/W each (independent power - stations) may be set - up with the use of MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVERS by MANN GLOBAL ENERGY, CHANDIGARH (U.T.) @ Rs. 3/- crores per M/W - with increase in cost as per increase in price of steel etc.

Different States / U.Ts. in India and villages in remote areas, Big Industries; Big Agriculture Farms and others concerned may send their demand getting prior permission from respective State / U.T. for setting up of these projects.

20% of the cost of project may be sent in advance and remaining 80% of the cost may be paid during setting up of the project.

All the payment in above three cases may be sent through Bank Draft payable at Chandigarh to GURBAKHSH SINGH MANN PROPRIETOR, MANN GLOBAL ENERGY, SCO 277, SECTOR 35-D, CHANDIGARH (U.T.).

            My offer to U.N.O.; Government of India, Governments of other U.N.O. Member Countries; Different States / U.Ts. in India, Companies, Investors globally to set-up  power generation projects and projects for production of MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVERS  is still open.

            However, the setting up of such Power Generation Project being very economical - 10% of the cost of project in India as well as other U.N.O. member countries for setting up of 100 M/W project each with the use of these Prime Movers may be paid in advance for giving necessary consent. In addition to it 3% Royalty on the price of power generated in units annually may be paid to me for 20 years only.

Secondly for setting up of the project of production of MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVERS all sizes in India as well as in other U.N.O. member countries 10% of the approximate price of Prime Movers to be manufactured annually in each project may be paid in advance for giving necessary consent. In addition to it 3% Royalty on the price of Prime Movers manufactured annually may be paid to me for 20 years only.

            If everything goes on smoothly in the implementation of MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVER it may soon become a Fast Track implementation - globally.

In the page given on 18.03.2006 in my website it has been mentioned regarding two important points relating to MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVER - In the first point to enable the main shaft of MANN GRAVITY PRIME MOVER move in inclined position towards its centre may be considered to/fro centre. In the second point that the outer surface of taper ring may be considered as outer surface of taper/plain ring.
